Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeronX platform, including the website at leronx.org and the LeronX desktop application (the "Service"), operated by MOTHER NATURE TRADE SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia with its registered address at 252, Jalan PJU 1/42A, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or X (Twitter) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License Keys and Device Binding

Upon registration, you receive a license key that grants access to the LeronX desktop application. Each license key is bound to a single device upon first activation. Key terms:

• One license key may be activated on one device only
• Device binding is based on hardware identification (HWID)
• Transfer of a license to a different device requires contacting support
• License keys are non-transferable between accounts
• Attempting to circumvent device binding may result in account termination

4. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating content (images, videos, audio). Credit allocation depends on your subscription plan:

• Free Plan: 1,000 credits upon registration, non-renewable
• Paid Plans: Monthly credit allocation as specified in your plan
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless specified
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any applicable law
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key or account access
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law:

• You retain ownership of the content you create. Commercial usage rights may vary depending on the selected AI model and plan; review the terms of each third-party model provider for your specific use case.
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

7. AI Model Disclaimer

LeronX uses a hybrid system of multiple AI models to generate content. The selection of models is automatic and optimized for quality. We do not guarantee specific model availability, output quality, or consistency. AI-generated content may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or artifacts. Results may vary depending on the complexity of your prompts and current model availability.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of initial purchase if fewer than 100 credits have been used
• In cases of technical failure preventing service delivery
• Refund requests should be directed to support@leronx.org

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOTHER NATURE TRADE SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and access to the Service will be revoked. You may request account deletion at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
